SHIPMENTS, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eliigible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
If you order was damaged in transit, please contact us in the first 5 days after you received it. We will process and new shipment at no additional cost for you or issue a full or partial refund. Please provide pictures of damaged shipping box.
Customs & Import Taxes
As a customer, you need to meet the requirements of your local laws about importing goods and taxes into your country. If you are not sure about the cost and requeriments to import products into your country, please contact your local authorities. We can't ship products as gift or lowes values to avoid customs taxes.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment). You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. It usually takes 10-20 working days. We will always issue the refund using the same payment method used to place the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
